General Description:
As the Operations Manager for the Lighting Department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the team, overseeing workflow, and ensuring that resources and equipment are always in top condition. You'll play a vital role in driving operational excellence while aligning with our company's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the lighting team, including casual workers, freelancers, and sub-contractors.
- Ensure the efficient management of lighting equipment—maintenance, checks, storage, and safety.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Manage resource allocation and workflow for optimal results.
- Oversee equipment inspections, testing, and preparation for hire or sale.
- Monitor compliance with all safety and legal regulations, ensuring records are up to date.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
