Role Overview

They will support all phases of qualitative research projects from design, to execution, to reporting. This is a role where you could design and deliver research for well-known brands you would recognise. You should have at least 2 - 3 years of work experience to qualify.

Our industry groups have a diverse set of clients offering you the chance to work on projects ranging from large studies that are fielded internationally, to smaller highly custom studies. Across our teams, we have great people, great work, and clients that treat us like an extension of their team. In addition, we have internal experts to help you learn and grow analytically, plus navigate the nuances of our clients' business or industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design support:
    • Pre-existing programming experience not required.

    • Co-moderate methods such as OBBs and TDIs, while advancing moderating skills to be able to tackle more advanced methods/techniques/topics.
    • Continuously monitoring quality level of research conducted and suggest solutions for improving/optimizing research to ensure success.
  • Insights/Reporting support:
    • Analyse research results – extract themes, generate insights/summaries, etc.
    • Extract quotes from qualitative transcripts.
    • Drafting report sections, most often in PowerPoint, that capture relevant insights with strong visual acuity.
    • Editing/review of moderator-developed reporting, with the ability to add valuable recommendations on framing insights and/or slide design.
    • Support video editing/clipping to be used in deliverables.
  • May assist with coordination of marketing/thought leadership pieces such as blog posts, whitepapers or conference presentations.
Basic Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to the industry group (e.g. business/commerce, economics) and/or a field related to qualitative (e.g. sociology, anthropology, marketing, etc.)
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a corporate setting, preferably with exposure to finances, market analysis, and/or market research.
