Input towards and review client deliverables, such as the preparation of pitch documents, client marketing materials, analysis of financial information and bidder update documents. to review deal documents, including providing commercial input on transactional terms. Provide commercial advice to our clients and assist them negotiate transactions - often in time-sensitive, and value-critical circumstances. Guide, supervise, and develop junior team members, providing in-the-moment coaching and training to supplement their formal development. Significant experience in M&A, special situations, restructuring, corporate valuations or related corporate finance work (deal experience preferred but not essential). Strong analytical and financial skills, with confident understanding of financial information and the ability to navigate areas of complexity and uncertainty. Ability to lead teams that can work independently while balancing multiple priorities and delivering consistently high-quality outputs. Proven experience in project management of deals, with a track record of coaching and developing junior colleagues. Established stakeholder management skills, including influencing in sensitive situations with senior business leaders such as client management teams and buyers.
