Head of PPC — Location: Leeds (2 days per week in office). Salary: Up to £55,000 (up to £60,000 for exceptional candidates).
We’re partnered with a leading digital marketing agency that manages high-value, complex client accounts across multiple sectors. With a strong reputation for delivering best-in-class paid media campaigns, they work with major brands handling budgets from £100k to £300k per month. This is a key hire to lead their PPC capability and act as the central hub of knowledge within the paid media team.
This role replaces an experienced senior team member and will take ownership of 1–2 tier 1 client accounts, overseeing strategy, delivery, and optimisation of PPC campaigns. Around half of your time will be client-facing, while also providing leadership and guidance to a small team. You’ll ensure PPC best practice is embedded across the agency, manage significant budgets, and maintain strong client relationships.
