HowNow is a Learning and Skills Platform that helps people learn what they need, when they need it. We work with customers on external projects as well as internal initiatives to drive growth and deliver value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Allocate resources effectively and adjust plans as needed.
  • Lead meetings to track progress and address roadblocks.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, design specs, and user manuals.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; address issues promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and act as the main technical point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Work with clients to understand needs and translate them into project requirements; collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Leadership and team coordination: lead and motivate cross-functional teams; inspire and guide team members to achieve project goals.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: convey complex information clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Organisation and time management: manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Problem-solving and risk management: identify issues and develop effective solutions; proactively address risks.
  • Customer focus and adaptability: understand and anticipate customer needs; adapt to changing requirements.
  • Technical expertise: understand and unblock technical challenges; make technical decisions to propel delivery; experience managing multiple SaaS implementation projects.
  • Desirable: Prince2 Practitioner or PMP Certification.

What you’ll get

  • Salary band £53,000–£60,000 with a 10% performance-based bonus.
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week in London office: Tuesdays and Thursdays) and flexible hours.
  • Work From Anywhere for up to two weeks per quarter.
  • Wind-down Fridays: no meetings from 2pm onwards on Fridays.
