Job Title: Head of Customer Supply Chain
Location: Gillingham, Dorset – Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days from home)
As Head of Customer Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end customer supply strategy, ensuring inventory availability supports channel growth and meets customer needs across retail, DTC, and B2B channels. You’ll act as a strategic partner to commercial and supply chain teams, using data insights to anticipate trends, optimise stock, and deliver exceptional service. You’ll also lead and develop a high-performing team, champion continuous improvement, and ensure supply strategies are aligned with business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead customer supply for a dynamic, growing FMCG business. You’ll have the chance to shape strategy, optimise operations, and work closely with a collaborative leadership team, all while delivering exceptional service to a broad range of customers.
