Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a time-served Electrical Engineer to join a talented team based in Glasgow for a 3-day workweek! The role involves working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with alternating shifts: days from 7 am to 7 pm, and nights from 7 pm to 7 am.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient maintenance, repair, and improvement of assets across the site. You will collaborate closely with site personnel to develop and deliver maintenance plans and provide feedback on potential improvements.
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills. You should be able to communicate effectively at all levels, build key relationships, and make informed decisions that drive improvements.
