You’ll train and retain a motivated team and work closely with senior management to hit company targets.Your Background / Skills+ At least 1 year of previous General Management experience+ Ideally, experience in restaurant, hospitality, quick-service (QSR) or high-energy, casual dining+ Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, balancing efficiency with great customer experience+ People-focused leader who can inspire and energize a team+ Strong operational knowledge, including stock management, compliance, and cost control+ Hands-on approach—willing to step in and support the team when needed+ Excellent communication skills with staff and customers+ Problem-solver who stays cool under pressure and adapts quickly+ Passion for food and service; understanding of Vietnamese cuisine or culture is a bonusWhere you’ll shineAs the heartbeat of the restaurant, you’ll steer daily operations to ensure service excellence, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
