My client's M&A Tax Team is seeking a talented M&A Tax Manager to join their dynamic Corporate & Business Tax department.Job Title: M&A Tax ManagerLocation: London Office, W1TSalary: Up to £75,000!About the Role:As an M&A Tax Manager, you'll work directly alongside our experienced partners and directors, providing specialist tax advice on corporate transactions ranging from £5m to over £100m. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team that handles every deal from start to finish, with significant growth potential and no shortage of quality work.Clients include owner-managed businesses, their shareholders, and increasingly, institutional buyers and investors.
