Due to on-going expansion both within core business and broader fields, they are committed to driving continuous improvement and strategic development throughout the business and as part of this growth and succession planning, they now wish to appoint a proven Warehouse & Despatch Team Leader.
A pivotal role within the business, you will be managing a team of up to 8, with hands-on leadership of the whole area, plus ongoing management of projects and upgrades to systems, etc. You will be responsible for managing the goods in process for all raw materials, along with contributing to the development of the company’s 'core’ procurement strategy.
You will be a proven leader, adept at bringing the best out of your team and motivated by best practice and continuous improvement. The company offers on-going training and development and ideally you will be ambitious and willing to develop your career in line with the growth and other requirements of this exciting business.
