Housing & Regeneration Associate Solicitor - NQ-5 years PQE - Bristol (Hybrid) Location: Bristol (Hybrid) Hours: Full time (flexible working available) A leading UK law firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its specialist Housing & Regeneration team, based in Bristol. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering hybrid working and flexibility to support work-life balance. You’ll be part of a collaborative team advising on high-profile regeneration projects and development schemes across the country. You will support a wide range of public sector and housing clients on complex real estate matters. Advising local authorities, central government bodies, and Registered Providers on regeneration and housing projects Supporting land assembly including option and promotion agreements This role is suited to a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) with experience in property law and public sector clients. Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development Interest in regeneration and housing law Based in Bristol, with hybrid working available.
