Job Description
An established Construction Consultancy with strong relationships with London's key airports is looking to appoint a client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on projects across London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
\n
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily work on one of London's major airport projects, undertaking a client-facing role that will involve presenting cost estimates for RIBA Stages 0-2 designs.
\n
This is not a secondment role. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor (or Associate Quantity Surveyor) will work across a range of aviation schemes, spanning major works, airfield upgrades and infrastructure improvements.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
\n
- \n
- Quantity Surveying degree or similar \n
- MRICS or working towards \n
- Costing of RIBA 0-2 designs \n
- Aviation project experience \n
- Comfortable presenting costs to clients \n
- Able to commute to London on a regular basis \n
- Experience with NEC contracts \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills \n
