You will help ensure exceptional service standards, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. What you'll do * Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences * Ensure service standards reflect the quality and style of a classic French brasserie * Assist with training your team members, developing them internally and managing performance * Help manage rotas, labour costs, and operational efficiency * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance * Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service * Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly Who you'll be * Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-volume restaurant or brasserie * Strong leadership and communication skills * Passion for hospitality, food, and wine * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills What we offer * Competitive hourly rate plus tronc, guaranteeing 40 hours per week * Performance-based bonus opportunities * Meals while on duty and discount for you to use with your family and friends * Opportunities for career progression within a supportive and professional team environment
