\n- Full-service small-animal practice covering urgent care, general medicine, dentistry, surgery, and emergency cases for dogs and cats.\n

The Role\n
\n- Triage, diagnose, and treat urgent and emergent presentations for dogs and cats.\n
\n- Perform and manage routine and select advanced procedures, including soft-tissue surgery and dental care with dental radiographs.\n
\n- Utilize in-house laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging to enable rapid, data-driven decisions.\n
\n- Stabilize and manage hospitalized and ICU-level patients, including oxygen and transfusion therapy when indicated.\n
\n- Adhere to infection-control protocols and use the isolation ward for contagious cases.\n
\n- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, providing education and discharge planning.\n
\n- Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care.\n

Requirements\n
\n- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution\n
\n- License to practice veterinary medicine in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)\n
\n- Eligibility to work in the United States\n
\n- Comfort with urgent care workflows; emergency experience is a plus\n
\n- Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to high clinical standards\n
