What We're Looking For:

- \n
- Experience working with young people (e.g. in education, youth work, coaching, or similar) \n
- Strong classroom management and communication skills \n
- Confidence in delivering pre-set lesson plans and supervising students \n
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to adapt \n
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) \n

Your Role as a Cover Supervisor:
\n
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:
\n
- \n
- Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task \n
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groups \n
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies \n
- Supporting students with their learning and encouraging engagement \n
- Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activity \n
- Building rapport with students and staff across different school settings \n
\n
