As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you’ll be a vital part of creating memorable experiences for our guests — delivering hospitality with a smile, supporting your colleagues, and taking pride in every detail. *What You’ll Do* You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our food and beverage service, supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner, and lounge operations. You will be responsible for: * Providing the highest standards of service to guests, ensuring all needs and expectations are met. * Preparing and setting up food and beverage areas for service. * Keeping the restaurant and beverage areas clean and tidy at all times. * Greeting guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages in your designated area. * Offering menu recommendations and upselling products when appropriate. * Processing payments for food and drinks accurately and efficiently. * Being knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions. * Assisting with any reasonable guest requests and helping them enjoy their stay. * Ensuring any guest concerns are resolved courteously and reporting issues to the Duty Manager. *What We’re Looking For* We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members who are passionate about great service and work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
