TP Tutors is looking to recruit enthusiastic SEN Tutors to deliver one-to-one tuition across Shaftesbury and surrounding areas.
You'll work with children and young people who have autism, ADHD, SEMH, and a variety of additional learning needs. Through individualised tuition, you'll help learners develop confidence, remain engaged with education, and achieve academic progress.

Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes

What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?
• Deliver personalised one-to-one tuition sessions
• Require to travel to tuition locations in their local area
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Encourage confidence and independent learning
• Monitor and document learner progress
• Develop strong relationships with families, schools, and professionals
What experience is required?
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
• Previous experience in tutoring, education, mentoring, youth work, or similar roles
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices
• Ability to travel within Shaftesbury and nearby areas
• Excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
