The Role
We have opportunities for C+E drivers to join our bulk haulage team.
We operating a fleet of 100 vehicles. We specialise in the movement of bulk (TASCC & Aggregate) loads across the UK and Europe. Full inhouse training provided.
Key aspects of the role include:
· Demonstrate a respectful, positive attitude towards others and behave in an honest and open manner.
· Work effectively as part of a team and under their own initiative.
· Work safely, comply with health and safety legislation, and insist others do the same.
· Are practical and have basic mechanical understanding.
· Are able to plan routes.
· Are able to work away from home, including 4 to 5 nights out a week
· Are able to work weekends when required.
· Experience using Microsoft and Outlook
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise, cope under pressure and work to strict deadlines.
Qualifications required:
· Hold a valid C+E driving Licence
· Hold a current Driver CPC card.
· Hold a digital tachograph card.
· Knowledge of driver hours regulations
· Experience in moving bulk would be an advantage but is not necessary as full training will be provided
Additional requirements:
· HGV C+E licence held for over 2 years
· No more than 6 licence points
