Total Earning Potential: Typically £12.5 – £15 per hour (inclusive of service charge and bonuses, subject to business performance)
Mezcalito is looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively, team-driven environment with clear earning potential and development opportunities.
You will play a key role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience inspired by Mexican hospitality.
Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our menu and make recommendations confidently.
Maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and organisation of the dining area.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
Passion for customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and team-working skills.
Positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
Starting pay of £8 per hour plus monthly service charge.
