Are you a driven relationship builder who is passionate about connecting people with life changing employment opportunities? We are looking for a proactive Business Engagement Executive to join our newly expanding Business Innovation & Partnerships team. In this highly rewarding role, you will be the bridge between our adult learners and local employers. You will spearhead our employer engagement strategy, source guaranteed job interviews and collaborate with Jobcentre Plus to ensure our Sector Based Work Academy Programmes directly tackle local skills shortages and launch our learners into sustainable careers.
Key requirements
•A proven track record in business-to-business sales, employer engagement, or commercial business development.
• Demonstrable experience of successfully collaborating with Jobcentre Plus or similar referral agencies to generate candidate pipelines.
• Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to persuade and influence external stakeholders at all levels.
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse local labour market intelligence and identify emerging employment trends.
• Highly organised with excellent CRM and pipeline management skills to ensure all targets and key performance indicators are consistently met.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and a genuine passion for supporting adult learners into employment.
