  • Knowledge of additional project management or scheduling software.
  • Previous exposure to multi-discipline construction projects in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret technical construction processes to determine logical and efficient methodologies, translating these into detailed construction programmes across Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
  • Provide comprehensive planning services for both live projects and future proposals.

  • Produce accurate and timely programmes to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collate and validate project progress, providing clear and accurate reports to the Project Manager.
  • Identify project risks relating to time, cost, quality, safety, and change control, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure robust project planning.
  • Manage and control all programme-related information, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Work closely with the commercial team and Design Manager during procurement, including preparation and maintenance of procurement schedules aligned to the construction programme, development of trade-specific programmes for tender handovers, and engagement with subcontractors regarding methodology and programme expectations.
  • Conduct programme audits as required by senior management and prepare independent, objective reports.
