Head Chef – Luxury Hospitality | Central London

With a strong commitment to sustainability, seasonal produce, and working with trusted local suppliers, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the kitchen of a thriving, high-quality restaurant in the heart of Central London.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position (48 hours per week) for an ambitious and experienced Head Chef who is passionate about leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional seafood-focused cuisine.
As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high culinary standards while driving operational excellence.
