Empowering Adults with Complex Needs to Live Independently
\nAre you passionate about making a real difference? At First City Group, we support adults with complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives and we're looking for compassionate and committed Support Workers to join our Supported Living team.
\nYou'll provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, complex health needs, and mental health conditions, helping them live life on their own terms with dignity, respect, and choice at the heart of everything you do.
\nWe support people facing mental health challenges with compassion, respect, and an open, non-judgemental attitude. Through a trauma-focused approach, we recognise the impact of lived experiences and provide safe, person-centred support that empowers individuals to move forward with confidence and dignity.
\nThis role includes providing 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 support depending on individual needs and care requirements. You will support individuals with a range of health conditions, including mental health needs, promoting emotional wellbeing, independence, safety, and community inclusion.
\nWe're looking for people who are caring, reliable, patient, and passionate about delivering outstanding support that truly makes a difference every day.
