With QTS, you will contribute to an inspiring curriculum while supporting whole-school improvement and pupil wellbeing.Key Responsibilities Lead and develop English across the school with clear targets and outcomes.Safeguard and promote pupil welfare in line with statutory guidance.Support colleagues with English-related school improvement priorities.Monitor progress and communicate effectively with parents/carers.Adapt teaching to meet individual pupil needs and promote engagement.Knowledge and Understanding Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment requirements.Understanding of effective teaching strategies and high achievement standards.Awareness of the SEND Code of Practice.Commitment to the school’s vision and values.RequirementUK QTS (or equivalent).Relevant English qualification.Full UK Driving Licence.About Us Parkside House School is an Independent Special School.
