  What will you be doing?

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be an important part of the Harper’s kitchen team, helping us deliver fantastic food and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

You'll be:

• Running your section and taking pride in every dish that leaves your kitchen.
• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food to Harper’s standards.
• Keeping your section organised, stocked and ready for service.
• Maintaining excellent food presentation and consistency.
• Supporting and developing junior members of the kitchen team.
• Working closely with your fellow chefs to deliver smooth, successful services.
• Keeping food safety and kitchen hygiene standards at the top of your game.
• Staying calm, focused and organised when the tickets start flying in.
• Bringing your own ideas, creativity and passion to the kitchen.
• Rolling up your sleeves and helping wherever needed — because teamwork makes the kitchen work!
  
  What are we looking for?

You don't need to be Gordon Ramsay — shouting isn't required — but you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Chef.
• A passion for creating great food.
• Strong culinary and presentation skills.
• The ability to run a section confidently.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to stay cool under pressure during busy services.
• A good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• The right to work in the UK.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a great attitude to the kitchen.
