We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at Enham Care Homes. In this role, you’ll work closely with residents and colleagues to ensure the highest standard of person-centred care, in line with the Skills for Care Code of Conduct for Adult Social Care Workers in England.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents to have choice, control, and participation in their daily lives, while living out the values of Enham Trust and the Aster Group. This is a rewarding opportunity where you can make a real and positive difference in people’s lives every day.

Working Patterns
Our shifts operate between 7:00am and 9:30pm, Monday to Sunday, across five days of the week. Shifts are structured as follows:
Morning shift: 7:00am – 2:30pm
Afternoon shift: 2:00pm – 9:30pm
Night shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am, or 9:00pm – 7:00am (3 nights per week)
We can offer flexibility to accommodate longer 12-hour shifts over fewer days, if preferred.
We are also open to discussing part-time Care Assistant positions in line with the above shift patterns, as well as Casual Contracts with flexible hours to cover shifts.
