Our client, a successful accountancy practice near Stoke-on-Trent, is seeking an experienced Client Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of clients and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients
- Review accounts, tax returns, and management reports
- Provide proactive advice and build strong client relationships
- Oversee workflow and mentor junior staff
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and deadlines
The Ideal Client Manager:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Proven practice background with portfolio management experience
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
