Radis Community Care is looking for a Quality & Compliance Business Partner to join our small, dedicated team. The role You’ll be at the heart of our mission to support people to live independently at home, making sure every service delivers safe, person-centred care. In this role, you will:
Provide specialist advice and guidance to operational managers on Welsh legislation, regulations and CIW expectations.
Lead post-inspection action plans, driving improvements and helping services aim for Outstanding.
A Health & Social Care background with strong working knowledge of CIW regulations and inspection methodology (essential).
Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards (desirable).
Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.
Confidence in developing, implementing and monitoring SMART improvement plans.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Flexibility and enthusiasm for regular travel across Wales and the South West.
25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
