Bridging the gap between the team and senior management, using clear,
effective and simple communication
Using imaginative revenue driving ideas to drive the business forward
You lead joyous and independent shifts and ensure high service standards
are kept to, including actively coaching your team in their development.
You ensure the venue runs efficiently by leading from the front, being
