We are currently recruiting for a Bartender for 8 at The Londoner, our stunning rooftop bar and restaurant located within our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner. Great work hours - Sunday and Monday Closed. Overview : * An Amazing opportunity to join our stunning roof top bar and restaurant 8 at The Londoner, located within our 5 Star luxury hotel - The Londoner. * As a Bartender you will work alongside the bar management team to assist with achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation. * Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. * The role of Bartender is also involves Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary under the guidance of the bar management team. About You : * Current mixology experience within a high end bar or restaurant. * Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results. * Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets. * Demonstrates passionate and drive to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
