You’ll know how to maximise sales without losing the magic, keep labour and stock tighter than a perfectly rolled flatbread, and make smart commercial calls when it matters most. Pay
💸 Salary package of £ 40,000-£50,000 per year*, DOE (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance.
