The Opportunity: Step Up as Sous Chef
Are you a strong Senior Chef de Partie looking for your next step, or an experienced Sous Chef ready for a fresh, exciting dynamic? Dan, Luke, and the kitchen team are looking for a key second-in-command to help lead the pass, elevate our menus, and drive some of our biggest food initiatives yet.
Beyond the Main Kitchen
We’re taking our culinary offer into the garden! As Sous Chef, you’ll play a major role in managing both our indoor line and our high-volume outdoor operations, including:
Artisanal Garden Pizzas: Mastering high-heat, outdoor pizza oven execution.
Smoky Summer BBQs & Hog Roasts: Delivering top-tier outdoor dining and live-fire vibes.
Destination Events: Leading garden takeovers, seasonal food festivals, and large-scale pop-ups.
What We’re Looking For
A Natural Leader: You support the Head Chef in running smooth, high-volume services and keeping the team motivated under pressure.
Standard-Setter: You take pride in consistency, presentation, and section organization, ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen meets top standards.
Versatile & Creative: Comfortable moving seamlessly between high-end pub classics and rustic outdoor cooking setups.
Kitchen Operations & Safety: Sharp on food hygiene, stock control, waste management, and kitchen safety standards.
