Le Café NAC is the latest addition to BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognised food concepts, including NAC, Crme, 74 Duke, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Group is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a brand-new opening, working alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and help build a dynamic, motivated team.
POSITION SUMMARY
As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of front-of-house service, supporting the wider management team in achieving sales and profitability targets, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
