As an NPD Programme Manager you will play a pivotal role in bringing Rotorks new product developments to life. Youll lead a diverse portfolio of strategic projects working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across multiple business units.
This is a high-visibility position requiring strong leadership exceptional organisational skills and the ability to align complex programmes with strategic business objectives.
