About the Venue : *Mamma Mia! The Party* is a unique combination of ABBA inspired musical theatre and Greek banquet - all within an elaborate setting specifically designed to entertain over 500 guests per show. Role Purpose : Join a unique immersive musical theatre and dining experience at the iconic O2, where high energy service meets creative cuisine.
If you thrive in fast paced kitchens and want to be part of a close knit, high performing team, this is an opportunity not to miss. *What you will be doing* Preparing and delivering high quality dishes in a high volume, banqueting style kitchen Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods Maintaining excellent food standards, presentation, and consistency Working closely with the team to ensure efficient and organised service *What we are looking for* Hospitality experience is essential with proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar Experience in high volume or banqueting style service preferred Strong knife skills and solid understanding of cooking techniques Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail and flexibility for evenings and weekends *Good to know* This is a casual contract within a stunning venue at the O2, offering the chance to be part of an immersive dining experience alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
The role pays up to 15.75 per hour and includes great benefits such as 40 percent off food and beverage across selected restaurants and bars, meals on duty, and excellent training and development opportunities, along with progression pathways, gym discounts, a refer a friend bonus, and access to a 24 7 employee assistance helpline.
