A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join its team in Glasgow. The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex transactional and advisory matters, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, and corporate restructuring.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services, managing client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and mentoring junior colleagues.
This position is ideal for lawyers looking to enhance their experience in high-value Scottish and cross-border corporate work, particularly with major national and international clients.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in corporate law, a strong academic background, and excellent drafting, communication, and project management skills.
