Our client, a reputable organisation based in Newcastle, is hiring an Executive Officer to support their I-VMS Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to vital operational and stakeholder engagement activities within a dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing:
\n * Act as the first point of contact for industry enquiries, managing shared inboxes and directing queries.
\n * Support the I-VMS telephone support line with first-line assistance, regulatory guidance, and troubleshooting.
\n * Coordinate event logistics, including device replacement programmes and vessel follow-ups.
\n * Record, track, and update stakeholder interactions, ensuring timely communication.
\n * Maintain accurate records in monitoring systems, supporting compliance and performance reporting.
\n * Assist with outbound calls to support stakeholder compliance and engagement.
\n * Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
\n * Provide flexible administrative support during busy periods and contribute to process improvements.
What you'll bring:
\n * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
\n * Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
\n * Accurate data entry and management skills.
\n * Competent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
\n * Ability to handle high volumes of enquiries efficiently.
\n * Collaborative team player with positive relationship-building skills.
Additional info:
\n * Salary: £15.58 per hour (paid weekly)
\n * Contract: Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
\n * Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 from home)
\n * Location: Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park
