They are a leading provider of specialist mortgages and property finance, helping homeowners, landlords and property investors achieve their financial goals. Specialising in creating integrated lending solutions across the property investment lifecycle, encompassing acquisition, planning, development and sale. Through continued growth, an oppotunity has opened up for an experience Mortgage Business Development Manager - specifically Bridging Finance. As a Telephone Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and developing relationships through proactive telephone contact with a number of intermediaries within your allocated region based on postcode allocation. The role involves working collaboratively with a field based BDM to hit Buy to Let and Bridging regional targets and is focused on promoting to new and lapsed businesses as well as handling key account management. * To create, manage and develop relationships with introducers to achieve new business targets. * Have expert knowledge of the BTL and Bridging products, criteria, process and USPs to be able to assess enquiries, produce terms and progress these into applications within SLA’s. * Work alongside the regional field BDM to manage intermediaries within the region in order to maximise sales opportunities. * Speaking to t...
