It takes an exceptional person to be part of that. That person might be you. *Job Summary : *We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sommelier to join our growing team in London. Successful Sommelier applicants (WSET Level 2 preferred) will become part of a fun, dynamic team working across all aspects of hospitality.
Staff also enjoy an extensive range of benefits, including private medical benefits, travel passes and discounts in restaurants and retail outlets across London. *The sommelier is expected to fulfill a 45-hour work week spread across 5 days, with 2 days off.* *In a nutshell : * * Curate and maintain the wine list, ensuring accurate vintages and stock levels. * Recommend and pair wines to complement menu offerings. * Support wine deliveries and maintain proper storage in the wine cellar. * Ensure the wine cellar is clean, organized, and well-maintained. * Assist members and guests with wine selections, providing knowledgeable and professional service. * Contribute to staff training in wine and sake knowledge. * Collaborate with F&B teams to support private events and stock needs. * Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
