Construction Projects Lawyer
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in delivering transactional construction advice on some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure and development projects. Working alongside colleagues across our national network, you will support clients on a diverse range of matters spanning infrastructure, real estate development, energy, manufacturing and public sector projects.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing and innovative practice, advising on complex mandates that shape the built environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative team, developing your technical capability while delivering commercially focused, high‑quality advice.
What You’ll Do
Bring your transactional construction expertise and commercial approach to a team trusted by leading developers, contractors and institutional clients. Your role will include:
Advising on construction aspects of major infrastructure projects, real estate developments and sector‑specific projects including energy, rail and utilities
Supporting clients on large‑scale national programmes, including framework agreements, cladding remediation programmes and strategic project delivery models
Drafting and negotiating construction documentation and associated project agreements
Advising on development projects across sectors including commercial, residential, mixed‑use, universities and institutional portfolios
Working with a range of stakeholders including contractors, developers, public bodies and investors
Collaborating closely with colleagues across projects, real estate and regulatory teams to deliver joined‑up advice
Building strong client relationships and contributing to ongoing business development initiatives
