Lead Technical Programme Manager – Enterprise Software Development

This role will embed you at the heart of global B2B software delivery, aligning multiple cross-functional international teams. You’ll be the driving force behind successful execution, from strategy through sprint.

What You’ll Do
Own project planning and execution of complex software development programmes using SAFe
Define scope, deliverables, and delivery paths for global initiatives
Act as Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist, facilitating all Agile ceremonies
Drive sprint planning and remove cross-functional blockers across regions
Allocate and prioritise resources across multiple product lines
Track progress through OKRs, KPIs, engagement metrics, and quality measures
Lead post-project reviews and embed lessons learned into future delivery cycles
Support hiring, mentoring, and development of TPMs and engineering teams
Lead stakeholder communications across technical and non-technical audiences
You’ll Need
10+ years’ experience as a TPM in a software engineering environment
Strong experience with B2B software and enterprise Agile delivery at scale
Deep understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and delivery methodologies
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Rally, Confluence and Excel
Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master (preferred)
Strong technical literacy—able to challenge and support decisions on architecture, scalability, and performance
Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including reporting to executives
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
