Backend Developer (Node.js)

As a backend developer, you will be responsible for developing and optimising backend services to ensure they are secure, scalable, and high-performing. You will build RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly with frontend applications and third-party services while working on cloud-based infrastructure to support a global payments system. Collaboration with DevOps teams will be key in streamlining CI/CD pipelines and ensuring smooth deployments. Additionally, you will contribute to system architecture discussions, playing a role in shaping the company’s transition to a fully integrated payments ecosystem. Troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining high system availability, and continually enhancing performance, reliability, and scalability will also be central to the role.
