Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days working from home each week
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

The Role
You'll take responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
• Delivering an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction

About You:
The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and organised approach to managing files
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team
