About This Role

We are supporting a 7-year-old girl with complex care needs who lives at home with her family in the Milton Keynes area. She enjoys role play, painting, listening to music and taking part in fun, age-appropriate activities.

As a dedicated Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in helping her feel safe, comfortable and well supported at home. Building a positive and trusting relationship with her is key, and you will be encouraged to engage with her through play and the activities she enjoys.

She attends school Monday to Friday, and where required, you may support her with her school routine alongside her clinical needs. During night shifts, you will support her bedtime routine, provide close monitoring and assist with her clinical care as required.

This is a rewarding role where you can provide safe, compassionate care while helping her enjoy a happy, engaging and fulfilling childhood.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

Our client’s family has requested female join their team.

“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

  • Have the right to work in the UK*
  • Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
  • Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
