Salary: £43,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits including private medical, life assurance and pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm (flexibility required)
Location: Commutable from Anstey, Glenfield, Leicester, Groby and surrounding areas

We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager for a reputable and large industrial company to work at one of their fast paced leading automated flagship factories that has just received a multi-million pound investment on new machinery commissioned into the factory.

Your department will include 60 production staff and 1 Production Leader
Responsibilities
This role is to manage and oversee the Production Department including team performance, change management, continuous improvements, KPI’s, strategic planning and budget control.
This role would suit someone who is motivated and excited by challenges and sees them as opportunities to make an impact and bring forward their experience and ideas to make the required changes and improvements. The role requires a “hands on” approach with effective leadership and getting the best from the team.
