Our client, a leading NHS hospital in Staffordshire, is looking for a Consultant Gastroenterologist to join their progressive Gastro department. The hospital is known for providing excellent patient care services and high levels of staff satisfaction in the NHS.
You will join a team of 6 Consultant colleagues who lead the department and will be supported by the Radiologists, Pathologists, Surgical Consultants and a range of middle grade and junior grade doctors. The successful candidate will be jointly responsible for the department and will provide training and support to their medical staff teams. The hospital is looking for a candidate who can demonstrate high levels of Clinical experience in Gastroenterology and be on the Specialist Register.
An excellent salary is on offer dependent on experience, as well as an excellent pension package. Pay enhancements are given for any shift, out of hours and overtime work that you do and a relocation allowance is provided where necessary.
