The Role

As a Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our fleet of modern buses and coaches - safe, reliable, and road-ready.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out necessary repairs
• Maintaining accurate service and repair records
• Working as a team and employing your skills across the fleet

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a mechanic (HGV/PSV preferred, but not essential)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred)
• A desire to learn new skills, progress and add value to the team
