Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join a busy Primary Care Healthcare desk. This is an exciting 360 recruitment role where you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow while managing the recruitment process for healthcare professionals across a predomi-nantly temporary and adhoc shift-based market. The role will primarily focus on sourcing & building candidate pipelines, managing clinician availability, booking temporary & adhoc shift requirements, coordinating active client rotas and account managing key clients. You’ll be involved in sourcing, placing and supporting a range of qualified healthcare professionals, including General Practitioners, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Urgent Care Clinicians and Nurses, ensuring staffing needs are met quickly and efficiently.\n

\nWhilst previous recruitment experience would be desirable, it is not essential. We’re looking for someone who is driven, proactive, organised and committed to delivering an excellent service to our customer base. You’ll be building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, account managing key clients and managing a multitude of shifts and assignments across a wide client base. The Serious Details:\n
\n· Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience, with an excellent uncapped commission structure.\n
\n· Work within a successful, high-performing healthcare division with an established client and candidate base.\n
