As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.
As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts.
You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating.
You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment.
