The role of *Guest Service Assistant Food & Beverage* will report to the Assistant Manager and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in customer service and a great attitude and willing to learn. *Job Overview : * As a Guest Service Assistant in the Food & Beverage department, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our hotel guests.
You will be responsible for ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued throughout their visit to our restaurant, bar, and other dining facilities.
Your primary duties will include assisting with the setup and service of Food & Beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organisation, and providing outstanding customer service.
